Service Plans

Petabyte has three service plans for you to choose from and still save money. We have technicians on stand-by waiting to assist you.

By the hour....

We require $120 upon on-site arrival which includes the technician's first hour of labor but $140 if the problem is network related. Any parts needed will include an additional charge. Response time will vary by urgency of the case. Additional charges may apply if the customer wants to prioritize the call. Refreshment of computer equipment will be every 5 years with a 2% discount on the cost of parts. Refreshment of network equipment wll be every 7 years if necessary at 2% discounted price on parts and materials. This plan is recommended for small/home business, daycares or charitable organizations.

2 yr Service Plan: $1,200

Any onsite service needed will require a $60 onsite charge that covers the first 30 minutes of labor and parts. Any network-related service needed will require an $80 onsite charge instead of $60. This plan will include a 2nd Level prioritization service that has an average response time of 3 hours. Additional charges will apply if the customer requests a higher urgency response. Computer Equipment refreshment will be every 6 years at a 4% discount rate on parts. Any network-related upgrades will take place on the same year desktop refreshments take place at 4% discounted prices on parts and materials.

3 yr Service Plan: $1,800

Our highest prioritization level package includes a 1 hour response time, a $50 onsite charge for the first hour of labor, including networking related service with a 5% discount on parts. Computer and networking equipment will refresh every 6 years at 3% discount price on parts.
